  What more is there to say, other than this company is simply amazing. I called them yesterday at approx 5AM due to all our lines in the house had sewage coming up. First off, I contacted 8 different companies with no response, called Profix and was told they could be at my house within the hour. Gregory and his assistant showed up within the hour, wore masks, and when asked if he could enter the home they put on shoe covers without me having to ask. He quickly identified the problem and helped me look around my house for my cleanout access. My cleanout somehow got buried beneath dirt and he used a camera / detector to find it. He explained with detail all the options I had to open the clog and I opted to go with the hydrojetting. He walked me through the process and showed me the before and after. All I can say is WOW! The pipe looked spotless after the hydrojetting was done, he also gave me a recommendation to use foaming root killer to help with the root growth until I'm ready for a permanent fix. After he left, I talked it over with my wife and decided to have him come back this weekend to install a sleeve on my sewer line which he gave me a great quote and warranty on. Loved that he explained everything in detail and told me to go with an option that fit my budget. The funny part is that my neighbor after he left told me that they had another outfit hydrojet their line a month ago for almost triple the price. Thank you Gregory for the hard honest work! Will be recommending to family and friends!

  Just had the hydro jet service done Was able to make appointment right away. They came on time, proper greeting and explain the process and was able to get the service done quickly. Very happy with the the service and commutation was very clear. They showed the result using the camera.

  I honestly can not express how impressed I was at the professional courtesy shown by all the Profix Team members I met today. They replaced my main sewer line and left nothing behind except a 2ft wide dirt path from my house to the street. my husband will finish it off and put down seed over the weekend.   I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and I called Profix drian. I have used them before to install a hot water heater. They sent someone out right away. Greg was super polite.
