  I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and I called Profix drian. I have used them before to install a hot water heater. They sent someone out right away. Greg was super polite. He told me the price upfront and got right to work. Long story short the leak is fixed and I would definitely call them again!

  Greg , the owner of this company is the" Best Plumber" that you could ever meet and get. From the first call I made with him - he immediately came to my house to diagnose my problem. He explained to me in detail what I needed to do and how to fix it well. He had the solution , however - this job needed another expertise that I had to open the wall which possibly would have asbestos... At his advice , I did just that. The next day he came back to look at the plumbing behind the wall and advise us further what needed to be done... Upon agreement, I gave the downpayment which was to facilitate the repair the next day. In my surprise, another Plumber ( father of my daughters boyfriend) told us that he would do the job to us for free. Without hesitation - I called Greg again to cancel the work and asked him if he could give me back half of the amount I gave him. With another surprise , Greg told me politely that he will give me the full downpayment and come to the house again (3rd time) to give the money back to us. WoW ! Greg is not only a reliable & professional plumber -- he has also a very Good Heart and treats you like one of his family. You can't be wrong when you get him! I recommend him well as the Best Plumber & Best Individual you would want to meet . His Parents would be so Proud of him as they raised such a great person serving the community with great dedication and concern for their clients well being ....More power & blessings to this company!!! We need more individuals like these...... :):):) And he will be my permanent on call plumber whenever my dear plumber in law is not around. Thank You , Greg....

  Greg came out on a Sunday after another company I sent away due to over priced quote and false claims of needed repairs. He arrived in Less time than he told me and within 15 minutes start to finish the clog was cleared. And to demonstrate his willingness to go the extra mile crawled under the house to confirm my pipes were up to current standards and there was no leaks as the company previously stated! I will be using Greg's services in the future. Best of all the price for a Sunday was at no extra charge and extremely fair! Thanks Greg...job well done

  My bathroom sink was clogged and my old plumber was booked and cost too much. I began looking for a new plumber to clear my drain after I was unable to clear the clog myself. I called Greg who came over in only 20 minuets. Greg cleared the clog in no time, made a special effort to keep everything clean and advised me steps to prevent further clogs. The great part beside not having to wait around all day, was the cost. A unheard of price of only $59. I now have a reliable plumber I can call and count on. Thanks Greg!

  They came before the arrived time and it didn't take that long at all. They did the best they could just our pipes are old and it needs to be replaced. But I don't care because we're moving soon. Also to snake out our drain it was only $59 that's great most plumbers charge way more and it's not even a serious plumbing problem. But they came early didn't take long and even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. This plumbing company is worth trying out if you're strapped for cash.

Really nice guy.. he unfortunately is booked for a few days so he gave us a referral to get things taken care of sooner. Seems like a very honest business.   This is what happened yesterday. I talked to Greg in the morning and set up an appointment. They showed up within the 2 hour window promised. They cleared my kitchen drain and had it working within 15 minutes and left. Later that night while taking a shower, my tub and toilet started to back up. Around 9pm I call Greg again and told him what was happening. He told me not to worry and that he would send someone right away to fix whatever the problem was. Not sure how many plumbers would have done that without even knowing what happened. That integrity and customer service means a lot to me. I will hire him again because I know he will stand behind his work. Based on this experience, I can honestly recommend them to anyone. The customer service was excellent!!!

  Greg(Junior) & Jesse showed up in the early part of the 2 hour window and we did a walk thru to understand the problem. Once they got an idea of what the problem was they went to work looking for the clean out( none found on ground level) they went on to the roof and went thru the vent and found the line plugged 75' out. Jr gave me some choices and walked me thru each scenario. We chose to go with finding the mainline underground and excavating it in order to put a clean out in. The boys did a great job and put the lawn back together and got rid of anything that they replaced. I recommend them and cheers for helping a new homeowner out in a timely manner M

  We had a pretty bad drainage issue with our bathtub. Greg and Jesse came over the next morning at 8am and took care of everything. Both were extremely professional and their price was much lower than any other companies that we called.   Wanted to give a shot out to Greg for coming out to our house and trouble shooting an issue for our tub. The guy knows his stuff. I know a little about drains so I can tell he was being honest and not trying to say anything to get an extra buck. In fact, I offered him a tip and he declined.
