  The ProFix organization was VERY professional, honest, and responsive to my request for help on a weekend. Starting Saturday morning, I called many plumbers and drain specialists hoping to get a major problem resolved over the weekend. I reached Greg at ProFix mid-day Saturday and explained my issue and urgency. Although he was scheduled solid Saturday, he was quite flexible and asked if I'd consider having the work done on Sunday morning which pleasantly surprised me. I was also very impressed by the honesty of their business when I offered, but he would not accept an uplift in his fee for working on a Sunday and having to be onsite less than 5 daylight hours after setting the appointment. Greg and Jesse showed up Sunday morning as promised. They examined the situation which was far more complex than they were expecting; however, professionally moved forward and resolved the problem. Because of the uniqueness of the issue, Greg worked carefully and communicated continuously along the way. I could not have been more pleased and impressed with how these guys worked to resolve the issue regardless of the obstacles they encountered. When the work was completed, Greg and Jesse cleaned the work site, and true to their word, the fee remained the same as quoted. No haggling, no-nonsense transaction. They maintained the same level of professionalism as the moment they answered my initial call. When you look through the long list of Plumbers, wondering how to choose the best, the most honest, the fairest, the one that does what they commit, look no farther. Call ProFit and it will be really clear how they differentiate themselves far above the rest. I called over a dozen companies before finding Greg and ProFit, all probably good plumbers, but none would go the extra mile, none would work outside their comfort zone to accommodate what I needed. Greg understands what service means and delivers it with quality and professionalism. I'm a Customer for life. When was the last time you felt that way about working with a tradesperson? I'm not surprised this review joins many, many, many other 5-stars!

  This company did an incredible job. They showed up within 24 hours of my initial request. They have the most current equipment on the market, they were extremely helpful to explain what they were doing every step of the way, and they provided a high-resolution video for reference. Extremely professional, reasonable price, and a great attitude. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing work.
