  Greg, the owner, was superb from start to finish. He replied right away to my husband’s inquiries, gave us a fair quote and came to our house in a few hours for the estimate. He explained to us the problem which was more serious than we expected. But this guy knows what he was saying, explained everything in details and we agreed to push with his recommendation. Our problem was roots were getting into the sewer line causing toilet overflows and sewage coming out of the cleanout on the front lawn. We saw on the camera the condition of our pipes and the best fix is the trenchless pipe lining . The next day, Sunday, he came on time with his staff who are all experienced & fast workers. They finished everything in about 6 hours. We ran a test and everything works great. No more overflow. He installed a second cleanout, even sanitized the area and did hydrojet, all free of charge. We are happy customers and we highly recommend ProFix. Call them, you’ll be glad you did!
