  We've had plumbing issues since we bought our house 1.5 years ago. ProFix jetted our pipes and pulled out a clog that you wouldn't believe. They then snaked it and cleared out any remaining debris. Greg and Kyle were very polite and professional. It is clear that they understand the inner workings of plumbing. We'll definitely call them again for future services. We're also recommending them to anyone we know with plumbing issues.

  ProFix was great to deal with from start to finish. Got back to me quickly with a quote for unclogging my toilet, scheduling the repair for later that same morning and showed up at the early end of the time window. Greg and Jesse were great! Courteous and a pleasure to work with. They wore masks and put on booties without being asked to do so. They got to work quickly and were done within 15 minutes, including cleaning and sanitizing the area they'd worked in. Greg gave me a few tips on how to keep my toilet from clogging again. I would definitely call ProFix again.

  We had a simple kitchen sink backup and we called another company to clear it... They couldn't effectively snake it from the roof vent or the kitchen cleanout, so they charged me more money to hydrojet it... After that, they still couldn't get past a certain point, so they ran a camera, LONG story short, they said I had holes in my waste line, and needed to replace everything under the house, despite everything connected to the kitchen being ABS.... They proposed a $7,000 "fix" to the problem. The next day I called ProFix and the came out to give me a second opinion. Greg and Jesse came out and crawled under the house to inspect what was going on. He was surprised that I was told by the other company that I needed to replace the pipes- as the were still all functional. After that, they ran a hydrojet to make sure the line was clear, and then put a camera down. He showed me without any doubt that there was no hole, and that my pipes were fine, and water was flowing from the cleanout all the way to the front of the house. Greg suggested we try to snake from under the sink, as its common for stuff to get stuck in the T area behind the sink. After a few short minutes, Greg had unclogged the pipe and water was flowing again! They cleaned everything up, sanitized and even hosed down outside where some gunk had come out of the cleanout. I can't recommend Greg and ProFix enough. Super knowledgeable, fair pricing and they were both super easy to work with. If it backs up again, they will be the first person we call.

  I was in need of hydrojetting service for an old house built in the '50s. I initially had issues reaching anyone via phone and left a voicemail previously with no call back within a week. I do have an out of state phone number, so that could be why. Fortunately I was able to quickly get a call back within minutes by placing an inquiry on their website. They were quick to schedule and I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Greg and Alex showed up on time wearing masks and was able to do the service in less than 1 hour. Greg offered to show me the video inspection before and after. There were no charges for the video inspection. Another competitor previously stated I needed to replace my sewer lateral line, but Greg provided an honest assessment that my lines were in great shape. I really appreciated the honesty. The price for the service is very competitive and one of the lowest I've had from 5 bids. In addition, they warranty their work which I did not receive from previous companies. I plan to use them again in the future. They're prompt, polite, very fair with pricing and honest. A+
